AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Myanmar Kaido Co., Ltd(Reliable Partner In Heavy Machinery) With a view to rendering our fullest repairs and maintenance services, we have formed two engineering teams at our Yangon head-office and another two teams at our Mandalay branch office. At Yangon, we divide two engineering teams into one stationary team and one mobile team. Our repair teams are rendering services not only for the machinery imported and distributed from our company but also for other different brands entrusted to us. Other brands include Caterpillars, Hitachi, Kobelco, Komatsu of Japan.

Our Mandalay branch office is in close proximity of two mining fields at Phakant and Khanti. We reserve one engineering team for Phakant and another team for Khanti. For promotion of sales, we have two marketing teams at Yangon Head Office and each one team at Mandalay and Phakant branch office. Our marketing teams are fulfilling the spare parts requirement from government departments and the private enterprises. In this manner, we are trying our best to meet the changing needs of our clients and customers far and near. As regards after-sales service, we station two service engineering teams at Head Office and another two engineering teams at Mandalay Branch.

TRAINING

We are enhancing our service skill through training at home and abroad.
Overseas trainers from manufacturers conduct training courses to operate, maintain, service of machinery.
Within a decade of our existence, we have trained our service engineers to handle the machinery under all conditions. We also educate our users for proper operations of their machines.
