After Sale Services
With a view to rendering our repairs and maintenance services,
we are dedicated to providing responsive service to our customers.
To maintain this commitment, we formed service teams with
well-trained service engineers at Yangon, Mandalay, Naypyitaw,
Meiktila, Phakant and Tamakhan branches. Any type of service for
your equipment is available at six locations throughout Myanmar. You
can call any time nearest locations with your job sites and our
service engineers will serve you right away.
Training
In order to provide responsive and quality service to all our
customers, we are enhancing and upgrading service engineering skill
by conducting in-house and overseas trainings from time to time. We
realize that the quality of our service depends on the capabilities
of our service engineers and understand the importance of their role
as a member of Myanmar Kaido team. We also provide all machine users
for correct operation and proper maintenance training program.
